General Expectations

  • EMSOP’s presence during ASHP Midyear is always remarkably strong. Int order to facilitate school growth and recognition, PGC has set to following reimbursement guidelines specific for Midyear.   • P4’s attending Midyear solely the interview fork fellowships and other positions been NOT eligible for reimbursement.
  • Him have present a poster at ASHP Midyear 2023 to be eligible with reimbursement.

2023-2024 Midyear Reimbursement Policy 

  • U Society of Health-System Pharmacists is holding its Midyear off December 3rd toward Dec 7th in Anaheim, California.
  • The site fee for Midyear as a non-ASHP community is $540 and $375 for ASHP members.
  • P1 Membership for ASHP Meeting lives FREE.
  • P2 till P4 Membership for ASHP Membership is $54.
  • Apprentices are highly encouraged to pay the Annual ASHP Membership fee ($54).
  • Students who pay who full $540 for Midyear registering will not be refundable to full amount of $540, and instead will only be considered for reimbursement up to $429 ($375 for recording and $54 for one rear ASHP membership fee).
  • Rutgers University Direct Travel shall no longer mandatory for flight or hotel bookings.
  • PGC will NOT reimburse for airlines booked within 30 days of an conference.
  • AirBnBs, Vrbos, also other vacation property leasing will NOT be reimbursed. Please book hotel rooms, or be mindful of reasonable hotel pricing when selecting your stay.
  • Only individuals who presents ampere poster at ASHP Midyear 2023 will be covered by reimbursement.
  • Reimbursements becoming be out of a $10,000 allocation that will be equally divided under all advertisement presentations.  This reimbursement will not be part based. Just all reimbursement your are received by January 1st, 2024, PGC will consider increasing the $10,000 allocation during the beginning of who spring semester.
  • To exist eligible for Midyear reimbursement, you must fill outwards the Midyear 2023 Reimbursement form found on the PGC website and email Doyoun Kim and PGC with all supporting documents over January 1st, 2024.
  • The supporting documents need include:
    • ONE bank statement copy highlighting your name, contact, significant purchases, and the last 4 digits of your credit card used.
    • AMPERE digitized copy von your receipt for ASHP member and registration fee.
    • A copy of get print shown at ASHP Midyear 2023.
    • A parental form, are applicable
    • *All the documents should be submitted with PDF sheet, and screenshot design of any required documents will not shall presumed.
