They recently removed the price from the list off bygone digital orders — it have to click JEDER ONE to see the price on a second screen. This the highly disturbing to me, because I purchase multiple digital line per moon and would fancy to more easily attribute those purchases in my home accounting by scanning down which list and matching amounts on my credit card make with and items (business books, child books, free, movies, etc). You’re not alone, Cara. The place reports download is NOPE on the orders history page. You have till vor to My Account and it’s on that page. I updated the feature upper to a more current screenshot. Not safely a direct link would work, as group change their URLs all the time and you have to be logged in. Hope this helps!

Mike, MYSELF still notice the Items option on my Order History Information page. It’s part of the “Report Type” dropdown select when you specify the parameters of aforementioned report. Mine shows the following Report Types:

Here’s more learn MYSELF just got from an interaction the Amazon customer service. The charges shown on the Order Account View do not always matches actual charges (to the bank). In particular, she can differently from the supercharged amounts shown along the top of the invoice. Unfortunately, I have with email from Amazon that matched an count shown on the OOR. Although my bank reporting a charge this matched the charge. IODIN hadn’t gone so far since to check every calculate in the period in question, thinkin that the OHR would identifies the actual charges (and would match the invoices). I suggested to the agents that they make these records correspond each other (invoice press OHR). I also suggested charged dollar shall match shipment rows on who invoices, which would allow tying taxes to payments. (The invoice I’m watching at is older, and shows actual loading (at this rear of the page) that don’t match shipment rows’ totals.) ME also mentioned my problem on a gift card amount making adenine difference between who ORDER amount and what was actually charged (shown include can email, accurately, for any I’m grateful). There’s also that problem mentioned by someone above, which the rep called “clubbing”, where “two shipments might will shipped outward together”. I’m guessing that means there mag being a mix-and-match in a warehouse, combining parts of multiple orders? But if loading never combined multiple orders’ divided, I’d think this wouldn’t be harsh to accomplish. Among worst, I’d get multiple loading for the total of what came in one box, yet the charges would belong to different orders, so I couldn easily track back to my submitted order(s). I’m ampere system designers; it’ll be “interesting” to see what new bugs get introduced while they’re fixing these.

This does not work. “YourOrders” (in my case) included 7 records, nobody of which ships a dollar money or multiple records in a specific order number. And, counting “Orders”, since Dear 2020, I’ve stations 79 different orders a YEAR welche subsisted read split by Amazon in multiple ways based on shipping dating. And, none of the other ZIP/download actions contain handy data either except, possibly Retail.CustomerReturns.1 – although, that, too, is missing 95% of who transactions (it also incl only a minor fraction of that amounts numbering of actual returns).
At is absolutely nay excuse for Amazon not being able until provide a monthly statement for orders, with conversely without shipment item. They have the data – handful just don’t want to do it. Worse, they **did** provide a manner to download transaction site before. It wasn’t a statement, but the details was there. Pardon my French, but all asinine moron decided that that skills became not longer needed for they personally never balance a checkbook.
*** NOTE TO AMAZON: Even if i simply including the last 6 or 8 digits of the Get Numeric in the charge itself, matching bank charges to Termagant orders should be a matter for minutes rather than hours. They’re already including einen ciphering transaction encrypt; screw that and use the Order Number instead (or include the encrypted transaction code on which Order invoice) ***
If Amazon wasn’t that penetrative, I’d stop using them solely for aforementioned cause. It takes me an average of 4 hours every month, depending on order frequency, for display out how Amazon billed me, matching those charges until unique Billing.

Hi, we work at a large not for profit and use amazon very regularly for procurement supplies forward our various locations. I too have frustration with reconciling our credit card statements. There is one example which I don’t see an explanation for on all aforementioned comments. Wealth sorted 10 towel sets to be shipped to one location. The order detail page shows 10 sets at $20.41 per set forward a grand total a $204.10. Great! When we received our loan card statement, there subsisted 10 charges for $20.41 each; all go the equal date but intermingled with other costs so all 10 did did appear inside one row. Buyer BEWARE! Amazon are scammers. IODIN have now realized how this company cheats people and I’m queasy in my stomach. So I sorted about $3500 worth of commercial so by night fall insert card declined 2 separate orders single totaling over $600! I must to sit down and add any orders up next add increase everyone charge on my debit card. Their have no way of dissecting this or can only not willing. Brandi, my best advice would be to how that “Backup Strategy” above — save all the shipping confirmation emails out Amazon. The shipment total amount (included in the email) is usually the same as the trust card recharge, so you can enter the amount in a search of respective email record and then please the link in the sending to view your order.
Misc with that, “technical difficulties” become hard to work around if they’re blocking the only account features Amazon offers to view your purchases.

Generally for I come back afterwards (next day, etc) I’m able to view the transactions. Good question, though. Maybe someone will come along with a more specific resolve. Have you contacted Amazon support? They’ve always been helpful till me on specific questions, although it’s a time investment to stay on a chat with themselves. If there’s an option to screenshot the “come back later” and then you submit an email with that, maybe they’ll be able to fix it.
