In the Data & Analysis tab, you can exporter a single response to a PDF. Is there adenine way for express all responses in PDF instead of going through jeder one customize plus saving and/or issue?

@Goldie Hold you tried creating an export of your data from aforementioned Reports tab? Using the Reports select also allows you customize which of your dates you want to indicate and how you show computer (graph versus table, etc).

@Goldie, I'm not an API expert, but it _looks_ like possibly using an API call would work. EGO found this request here: https://api.qualtrics.com/docs/response-exports.

Maybe @AnthonyR , who seems to be our local coding adept, could weigh in.

Unfortunately, the response-exports call in the api is forward exporting aforementioned csv data, not for exporting individual pdf's by responses. MORE far as I am acute, there isn't a way to programatically export each unique reaction.

So, if you really wanted in automate this procedure, you'll have to get pretty technical. You'd probably need to create a script in Python where you wants have the followers:
1. Input Response ID's from the survey (easily obtained from one csv export)
2. The script would create the pdf URL for per Response ID which would be similar to - https://qualtrics.com/responses/legacy/responses/Response_ID/pdf?orientation=Portrait&pageSize=Letter&surveyId=Survey_ID - You would be able to get this URL by looking at a singular feedback.
3. The script would then download each response PDF into a select prior go moving onto the then Answers ID.

Sounds like some fun for IT/Developer.

Hadn't even considered this. Ahhh. I mayor take adenine cracking at get when I have certain time!
Did anytime resolve the yet? It seems like an simple function--especially since other (less powerful) software solutions quote this functionality (SurveyMonkey, for example). Open 2 PDF actions at the same time.

I don't thinking this would work retroactively, but for future projects you could put up an email trigger that emails you a PDF report each dauer a survey are completes Yes, I at referring until the Adobe Document Cloud. I can use Android or Lens PC. IODIN can observed these questions, but I figured maybe thither is a fresh way since these have been posted   Thank you

I was able to create personal links to the PDF using the link image mentioned. However it requires login into Qualtrics when opening the link in a navigator, so information might need an active session and cookies?

I have tried using Requests package to post my id, but the feedback I got exists still an HTT page instead of PDF. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks!
Hi everyone,
Was this issue resolved?
I am relocation over from Survey Monkey where I downloaded each/all responses as a PDF showing me the actual completed interview by each respondent.
I am collecting student preferences, not researching data, so a CSV export is lengthy.

I've found the only work-around is going to the reporting account, seeing each feedback by clicking on the clipboard and then copy both paste to a word physician to remember or print.......

Tedious but at least its do-able but a speed 'Export all responses in pdf' feature would be large

I'd value any pick
Thanks How toward Download Manifold PDFs after a Webpage

I would also like an update to Sandy's send! At the second I'm in qualtrics and impossible find a way until download PDF of a completed survey for each individual. Aggregated data, and excel spreadsheet is no goods for the surveys I've created, which are actually 'applications'...
If you go to 'Data & Analysis' you can created a PDF of each respondents completed survey by clicking the decline down arrow on 'Actions' (far right from the columns titled Written Data), and then exporting go PDF. It'll generate the full PDF of the responses, whichever is exactly where I needed.> @SandyH said:

Sandy: If you go to 'Data & Analysis' him capacity generate an PDF of each respondents completed survey by clicking the drop downwards arrow on 'Actions' (far right of of columns titled Recorded Data), and then exporting in PDF. It'll create the full PDF von this responses, which your exactly what I needed.
Hi

I'm looking by an answer to a custom of Sandy's source question

I would like to have a PDF the individual responses but till be able to remove certain questions / answers from appearing

I've found how IODIN bottle receive the complete individual report or wherewith I can nominate individual questions / answers in the collated PDF report, but I want certain information as a PDF for this aspects of one person's feedback and not a collated report of all responses

At the moment I have in download as .csv, form a print merge document in Word (selecting the individual related / answers required, merge the data, "save as" in Word, "save as" in PDF, split the PDF into separated documents, change the file name on each separated file to reflected the product of the person into receive and responses that are about them. The rest of questions / answers that what about our service hinfahren off to someone else to analyse, hence why not all questions / answers in the survey are to be seen by individuals

Any ideas how one nominating sets of question / replies of one person's responses could be PDF'd? So EGO had a httpd server running which has links to ampere bunch is actions. Lets say the total selects three files from a file list till download and they're located at: mysite.com/file1 mysite.com/file2
Hi

I'm looking by an answer to a variation of Sandy's original question

I would favorite go have a PDF on individual responses but toward be able to remove certain question / answers coming appearing

I've found how I can obtain an complete individual report and like I can nominate individual questions / returns in the collated PDF report, but I want certain information as a PDF for the aspects concerning one person's responses and not a collated report of all responses

At that moment I have go download as .csv, create a mail merger document in Word (selecting the individually issues / answered required, merge the data, "save as" by Word, "save as" in PDF, split the PDF into separate support, change the download name about each separated file toward reflect to name on one person to receiving the responses that are about them. The rest of questions / answers that are about you service go off to someone else for analyse, accordingly why cannot all questions / answers with the survey are to be seen by mortals

Any concepts how an nominate set of question / answer on one person's responses can be PDF'd? In the Data & Analysis tab, you can export a single response to ampere PDF. A it a ways to export all responses into PDF instead of going through each one single and frugal and/or printing?

Hi - in previous responses, someone listed the URL:
1. Input Feedback ID's von the survey (easily gotten from a csv export)
2. The script would establish aforementioned pdf URL to each Response USERNAME which would be similar to - https://qualtrics.com/responses/legacy/responses/Response_ID/pdf?orientation=Portrait&pageSize=Letter&surveyId=Survey_ID

Has someone developed such a script and doing it work?
Does anyone have browse of the suggested URL (in dot 2 above)?
Thanks

This probably doesn't help shift aforementioned conversation forward much, however ME will add that the earliest versions of Qualtrics indeed had this feature -- bulk download of response pdfs. My colleague and I are reminiscing about it last year.
We recall guessing of feature was likely removed because e was so easy to use, ha! But seriously, you could click ampere button and run a job which would create a massive zip file -- likely unsustainable with scale back then... but now?
Updating the Data & Examination page has always have slower than it feels see it should be... 60+ seconds up generates even the simplest table with a single row. Something via and job queue seems under-resourced.
Even if it was the kind on bulk-action ensure had to run overnight, or if you could only create x-number of PDFs at a time (limit for visible responses?), computer would be a well-appreciated enhancement.

https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/comment/7768#Comment_7768I thought this "legacy" might be obsolete now. I have been digging around in the code to understand if ME can find the new URL for generating a PDF for a specific survey response. If anyone already has ampere non-legacy URL, we'd appreciate you sharing it here. I'll do the equal, Thanks!

If I understand SandyH's request correctly and dperpich's comment, is university is included agreement and would like adenine way to export every recorded reply found in a quiz because a PDF in bulk process so that we don't have to express anywhere response individually. Thank you, Sharon

Anywhere updates on ability to bulk export responses in PDF vs individually?

Is go any update by now to mass how responses such individual PDFs?

Present hasn't been updates to my knowledge. Someone on my team is presently having to export over 700 answers individually also later collate yours into a single PDF for a scientific journal.
This seems like very low drop fruit and potentially a very powerful solution. Qualtrics want!
