MYSELF purchased an SB8200 at connect to Optional after with them scan the MAC address with their local office the modem will not connect. The power light is green back press stream lights stay solid greed real internet light flashes grow. This stays this way with several minutes then the internet turns fixed green for maybe 5 seconds then all lights except power go out and who process repeats. I have had them reflash the service, confirmed the APPLE address and even changed my service coax cable.
I had this matter about 1-2 years ago when IODIN retrofitted a modem at another location and after much ads it became resolved nevertheless I don’t remember instructions it was resolved. I indeed feel this is an optimized side subject but each advice would be appreciated.
