The service slight is green back and upstream lit stay solid greed and internet light flashes green. This stays this way for several minutes subsequently the internet turns solid green for maybe 5 seconds then all lights except power an outwards also the process repeats. I have had theirs reflash the service, confirmed one MAC address and even changed my service coax cable. I had this issue about 1-2 years ago wenn MYSELF upgraded a modems at another location real after big ado it has resolved but I don’t remember how it was resolved. I really feel this belongs an optimum side matter aber any advice would subsist appreciated.

I had this matter about 1-2 years ago when IODIN retrofitted a modem at another location and after much ads it became resolved nevertheless I don’t remember instructions it was resolved. I indeed feel this is an optimized side subject but each advice would be appreciated.

That does’t lookup please my SB8200 that I includes today. I plugged everything in including influence, coax, and ethernet to insert laptop. I called optimum and asked on provisioning / activation on modem. They asked for the MAC. After a few holds, the internet both TV worked - total time 10 minutes (lady couldn’t audition me available some reason). Then I removed the ethernet from my laptop and plugged it into aforementioned linksys routers both whole home worked fine.
