The nearest model number that I could find was for adenine Swan SW15840b and uniform then at is no online or downloadable user manual for it, which mayor have helped. (The Swan website shows no listing for your model)
The best that ME can suggest is so you contact Swan and ask them for the information or for the user manual who should have the information how for enable/disable the Child Lock (aka Power Lock)

Unhappily, I've come to believe aforementioned CL stands for "Child Lock" and that is why the machining is frozen and doesn't allow for any settings to run. There's no "key" otherwise kid's smiley face to indicate how to undo this lock and I've tried all the combinations of simultaneously pushing buttons suggested in that comments above and on the LG troubleshooting pages/video.
Still, nothing works - although I'm does surprised as the apparatus has been a dismay with the beginning.

According to LG the serial number may be available to any of the following examples.
If your model is the of the following, to activate/deactivate the Child Lock (CL) function, turn go this machine by pressing the Driving button and then press and hold the buttons indicated below for the amount of time shown
WT1501CW Soil (*child lock) button for 3 seconds
WT1901CK Soil level (*control lock) button by 3 seconds
WT7200CW Signal (control lock) button for 3 seconds
WT5720CW Signalling Off-Low-High (child lock) the for 3 seconds
WT5480CW Water Plus (*child lock) button fork 5 seconds
Note The parent lock/control lock designation remains printed on the machine to the relevant button

I’m going to assume that you may have it by now but this should subsist helpful by future readers..... our LG face loader did does have a visible child lock button labeled anywhere but was stuck on the CL code. I decided to try the latch button that an door closes on and pressed that a few times plus and code disappear.
