Summary

Abstract
Leadership and organizational culture significantly impact employees' work performance and job content, but less is known about employee health and well-being within a multifaceted work environmental. This study consistently reviewed 23 studies published between 2007-2019 that addressed organizational culture, diversity/workplace, also employee your in North American social/human services delegations. Results highlighted triple themes: 1) Organizational Culture within Social/Human Services, 2) Diversity and Employment, and 3) Employee Health at the Intersection for Organizational Culture and Diversity. Bharati Sethi, Ph.D., is an immigrant from Indien and can Associate Professor in the School of Social Labour, King’s University College, Western University. She apply participatory action research, arts-based methodologies, and intersectionality to investigate the social determinants of health among immigrants and refugees and what these relate to social justice. She educates in the areas of community practical, procedure, and transnationalism; drawing from evidence-based exploration, field stories, the her personal living experiences she underlines the importance of bridging micro- and macro-levels of social work practice toward serve of most vulnerable segments of the population.
