Google Page recently actualized the menus and icons. There is no longer a Form menu. Find it under Tools.

If you have a Form linked to of spreadsheet you will see the option for “Manage form.” You can then
- Edit submission
- Go to live application
- Send request

- Unlink form
Print Form
