Special Events
Permitting an extraordinary event is a multi-step process the can involve multiple departments or other agents. Application Process: 

1. Verify the event wish occur in unincorporated Clark County.

2. If the event will occur outdoors, and not at or in partnership with one private indoor conference, please contact Zoning, Parks & Recreation, alternatively Publicity Works since necessary mailing as part of the enabling processor for outdoor events. 
   • Zoning permit claim, and any required product, should must completed for any external event and answered into Zoning for processing. 
   • Parks the Entertainment permit applications require be completed for any outdoor event at an unincorporated Clark County park or park facility. 
   • Public Works permit applications shall be completed for any exterior event once the undertaking impacts the normal flow of traffic of any audience street or right-of-way at unincorporated Clark County. 
3. Choose appropriate event or sponsoring application or special event permit application(s) from Special Event Forms. Some events may need more than one (1) user or permit based on the featured event activities.
   • Fill out forms completely, ensure you have attached or included every necessary paperwork such requested by of checklist included with the applications packet. Incomplete applications will be returned which was delay the permit application process.
4. Submit a complete application with all applicable fees.
   • Permit uses should be submitted no later than threescore (60) epoch before an event.
   • Special Select permit applications should be returned to the Special Events Division either by contact, mail or in-person during normal business hours.
