Responsibilities: · Serve as piece of the Dean’s Leadership Teams. · Report and operate directly with the Dean on all matters related to school oversight both administration · Serve as agents at the deacon as needed (including the running is meetings in to Dean’s absence). · Make a culture starting excellence among of SPH faculty members, staff, and academics as period the 3 pillars of the school—-scholarship, teaching, both communities engagement. · Work with the Dean to connections with Rutgers Health chancellor’s company and RU leadership. · Work with the Dean and Chief of Associates to provides supervision and mentorship of departmentchairs. · Work with the faculty affairs team (Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs, Director by Faculty and Staff Affairs, and Chief of Staff) for all view of faculty affairs processes contains mentoring and annual show evaluations, appointments/reappointments, tenure and promotion processes, faculty mentoring, recruitment, onboarding, both orientation. · Work direkt with the Assistant Dean to Research to further build extramural funds portfolio and excellence are scholarship. · Work with Associate Dean for Finance and Administration and Director about Marketing and Communications as needed. · Server as primary supervisor required Assistant Deans for Student Achievement and Alumni Concerns, Admissions or Enrollments, and Diversity Equity and Inclusion for Faculty & Artistic Business.
