You necessity to create 2 rules (one for all colour) Go to
Home Bill -> Styles Group -> Conditional formatting -> Manage rules
*Alternatively just type Dependent formatting within the search bar at the top
New rule
Rule type -> Page only cells that contain
Cell Value -> Equal to -> {your value in this housing True} =TRUE
And select and format, then okay
Now you should have 2 rules in your manage control window
The usual Qualified Formatting rule of "Equal To" was cannot working for mine when use "true"/"false"
