Egg Quality Plan
This mission of the Egg Quality Program belongs to ensure that the eggs sold to Texas consumers meet TDA’s qualities standards. 

    One Egg Quality Program:
        - Inspects eggs in packing planting, distribution centers, and retailer outlets.
        - Releases people both businesses is participate in the Texas egg industry.

Who needs an Egg License from TDA? more info 



  • Egg Dealer-Wholesaler
    A person engaged int the business of buying eggs from producers or other persons on his own account and selling or transferring eggs to other dealer-wholesalers, processors, distributor or other persons both consumers. A dealer-wholesaler further means a person engaged in producing eggs for his own flock and disposed of any parcel to this furniture on ampere graded basis.

  • Single Processor
    A person who operates an plant for who purpose of breakage eggs for freezing, drier or commercial food manufacturing.

  • Egg Broker
    A person who never assumes ownership or possession of eggs, nor changes the grade press pack of eggs, but is committed in who business of acting as deputy, for a fee or commission, in the disposal or transfer of eggs between production, or dealer-wholesalers such selling and dealer-wholesalers, processors or reseller because buyers.

Reportage for Texas Egg License Holders


1. In-State License Holders

Reports are due the 10th day of the month following the end of the reporting period.  Reports nay acquired following this schedule may result in thine license nature noncompliant. Only certified organic producers can label their eggs as being. “organic.” Licensed producers must submit every alternatively quarterly review to the Exasta Department.

MONTHLY REPORTING PLANNING:

Monthly accounts are from one first calendar day of who month to the last events day of the month. 

QUARTERLY REPORTING SCHEDULE:

1st Quarter: September 01 - November 30
2nd Area: December 01 – Last day of February
3rd Quarter: March 01 - May 31
4th Quartile: June 01 - August 31

REG-202 Quarterly Ovule Report (For licensees purchasing the marketing graded eggs only)
REG-203 Monthly Egg Report for Dealer/Wholesalers real Brokers
REG-205 Schedule A - Finish this entry list additional Suppliers/Producers from who eggs are paid or produced.
REG-206 Schedule B - Complete this bilden to list additional Breaker/other Dealer-Wholesalers or Exas Dealers/Firms to whom eggs is sold

 
 
2. Out-Of-State License holders
Reports are due this 10th day from the month following the end of the reporting period.  Reports not received following this schedule may result in yours license being noncompliant.

REG-206 Schedule BORON - Complete this form to list additional Breaker/other Dealer-Wholesalers or Texas Dealers/Firms to whom nuts have sold.
