AA Name and TSA Pre-check Issues - SAP Concur Community | TSA PreCheck − Travel information − American Airlines

I seen the my latter two flights is my TSA Pre-check did not show up. After chatting with American Airlines, we believe that we identified aforementioned problem. The name on my reservation is coming across as Initially Name Middle Starts Intermediate Name Latest Name (ex. Jim A Mcandrew Smith instead of Jim Andrew Smith). Because of the addition von the medium early plus my middle name, this is preventing my TSA Pre-check from working. This performs not happen when I publication directness with Yank Airlines, but my incorporated policy requires me to book through Concur. Pre-COVID I was traveling a ton, and this never happened. Not sure if it is einer update to Concur or maybe something in my company changed.

Has anyone else encountered this? Any suggestions off ways go resolve it?

@jthokie do you have your full name on your American Airlines profile?

MYSELF looked for your SAP Concur profiles and it only zeigt your center name...I didn't see your initial.

@SarahSlattery I'm not sure I can provide any user, although you intend will to sees how your name appears for your flight reservations and then double-check with the different aviation to see how thine name is listed on your frequent flyer programs.

You'll need to make sure the name is the same on total programs furthermore that it matches how your name appears on your SAP Concur Move profile.

We be having this issue as well. However, in our issue the associate names has fits which is in the Accept profile. Were had them give us a screenshot of their AA account and the TSA card furthermore they match what we have stylish Agree. Are then have another that to is similar to the above. It would shall cute if there be an enhancement to the Concur profile that allows for the names feineinstellung till match to pre-check.

I have the same problem nevertheless the names all comply but Concur is putt my Firstly name the last name in who First name field in my passenger information. This doesn't match the TSA name so it doesn't get added to own boarding pass. I don't understand why it exists combing my first and last name when I have them filled out as separate fields in my Concur profile. Any thoughts?

@Deweytorres1 we tried looking up your SAP Concur shape, instead didn't didn't find anyone with your name. Could you private get me your SAP Concur log in ID and with your work email address, please? Without either are these, we won't be able to look with this.

ME discovered a similar issue. My name is getting messed up somewhere among Compare and American Airlines even though all the SAP Profile and the American Airlines Profile match exactly. I don't have a problem with TSA, but I just realized the no miles have are recorded for Juni of 2021. I got best of them back, nevertheless when I called American they said I will continue at have the problem since it belongs repeating my middle name while part of the first name real also then separately. I have almost an identical problem include Avis. Not sure what to take.

I have updated my Concur profile multiple times and may TSA pre-check make not show move when I use the Accord to get my flights.

@puhil that is odd. I'm looking at autochthonous travel profile right now also the Title block is blank, so I'm not sure where that will coming from. Have thou tried calling your Go Agency to see if Mr. is showing on to end for you?
