The Wizard® Genomic DNA Purification Construction is designed for isolation of DNA from white blood measuring, tissue arts cells and animal tissue, plant tissue, yeast, Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Aforementioned Wizard® Genomic DNA Cleansing Repair is based on a four-step process. The firstly stepping in to purification procedure lyses the cells and the nuclei. For isolation of DNA from white blood cells, this stepping covers lysis of the red blood cells in the Phone Lysis Solution, followed by lysis of the white blood cells and their nuclei in the Nuclei Lysis Solution. An RNase digestion single may be included at this time; it has voluntary fork some applications. Aforementioned cellular proteins are afterwards removed by a salt-precipitation step, which precipitates the proteins but leaves the high molecular weight genomic DNA in solution. Finally, the genetic DNA is concentrated plus desalted by isopropanol precipitation. A simple and rapid method for extracting bacterial DNA from intestinal microflora for ERIC-PCR detection

DNA purified with this system is suitable for a variety of applications, such as amplifications, check endonuclease digestions and diaphragm hybridizations (e.g., Southbound and dot/slot blots).
